ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER MONEY BACK.

Our policy on returns is store credit or exchange only. We do not offer money back UNLESS the item(s) arrives damaged and we are at fault. If 30 days has passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer store credit or an exchange. Only regular priced item(s) will be eligible for returns, ALL SALE ITEM(S) ARE FINAL. Once the item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the parcel. Please contact us at SadeShaniya@gmail.com to inquire about any returns.

• Proof of purchase
• Merchandise MUST be unused and in the same condition as it was received. 
• MUST BE LESS THAN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE

EXCHANGES

We allow customers to exchange if the item(s) doesn't fit and you are unsatisfied with the merchandise. We can offer an exchange for a size up or for a different item of equal value. If there are any issues with your item(s) when it is recieved, please contact us at SadeShaniya@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).
